            HOME TUNE-UP  

• Adjust or plane down existing entrance or cabinet doors, or drawers so they close properly
• Replace existing locks, knobs, pulls, hinges and drawer tracks, inside kitchen cabinet shelf customizing
• Custom wood thresholds (manufactured at job site)
• Squeaky or damaged stair repair (interior stairs must have access underneath to service)
• Installing new hinges, locks & deadbolts
• Caulking of tubs, shower surrounds, windows, doors, and siding (remove existing sealants)
• Replace interior and exterior plumbing and light fixtures, switches, and outlets (existing only)
